Once we've sent your order, we cannot change the delivery address. Choose a shipping address to accommodate the delivery window mentioned to avoid delays.

You can return any defective goods to us if they are damaged when delivered or your order is defective. If you send the things back to us, we'll decide whether to fix them, replace them, or give you a refund for the item's purchase price and shipping charges. If there are any bad things you would like to return, please email us at help@paynetstore.com.

Click the "Register" link Paynetstore on the top right corner of every page. This will bring up a box for you to fill out, choose a password for your account, and click the "Sign Up" button to complete your registration!

At the top-right corner of the page, click the "Login" option. A new window displaying a "Lost Password?" link will appear upon clicking it. If you tell us the email address associated with your account, we will send you instructions for a new password.
