● All refunds are subject to examination and verification by the Paynetstore team. 
● We do not cover damages caused by negligence, improper usage, or application. 
● Color-leaked products returned owing to a manufacturing defect are covered by the corresponding warranty and guarantee.
● Overseas customers cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded due to shipping costs.

REFUND

● We will examine the returned item and notify you of the refund status once it has been received. 
● Your original mode of payment will be refunded if your refund is accepted. 
● Within 5 to 7 days, you will receive a refund. 
● All refunds will be made using the same payment method as when the order was placed.
